Project Wild Turkey: A Year of Transformative Achievements

As we reflect on the past year, Project Wild Turkey stands out as a significant milestone for us on our journey of continuous improvement. We named the initiative after our local wildlife residents who visit the office every day. This initiative was the next significant shift in process improvements, resource allocation, enhancements in our service offerings, and business analytics to drive efficiency across the organization. The accomplishments of Project Wild Turkey have been nothing short of remarkable, setting a new standard for excellence and paving the way for future success.
Managed IT Services - 97.4% Customer Satisfaction Score!
In January, we launched Wild Turkey for Managed IT Services. This launch marked a pivotal moment in our journey, as it introduced a suite of advanced tools and workflows designed to streamline operations for our managed IT services firm. It also removed a significant administrative burden from our technical staff allowing them to focus on trouble resolution and the client experience. The new system has enabled us to deliver more efficient and effective services to our clients, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and retention. In fact, our Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) from the last 90 days is 97.4%, and the month of October 2024 yielded our first 100% score.
IT Professional Services - Improved Analytics & Throughput
In June, we launched Wild Turkey for IT Professional Services which is our project team. We refined our project charter, scope of work (SOW) and implementation processes and added management views along with additional analytics to improve our throughput, project intervals and client experience.
Enhanced Employee Development Plans
Project Wild Turkey also brought about significant improvements in tracking and progress on employee development plans. Through the implementation of Personal ConnectWise Projects, we have been able to provide our employees with clear and actionable development paths. This has not only boosted employee morale but also enhanced overall productivity and performance.
Updated KPIs and Monthly Scorecard Reviews
In the wake of Project Wild Turkey, we established updated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our monthly scorecard reviews. These KPIs have provided us with a more accurate and comprehensive view of our performance, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our operations.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we head into 2025, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. With our sights set on the next phase of our growth, we recognize the benefit to leverage automation where possible to scale efficiently while mitigating staffing requirements to support that growth. We all know how challenging it can be to find the right talent to build our teams as we grow. The foundation set by Project Wild Turkey has positioned us well to enhance our service first brand as the business grows and evolves.
